What is a tropical wave? If you see in the map a tropical wave do not be alarmed, Tropical waves are special types of easterly waves which are elongated areas of relatively low air pressure, oriented north to south, which move from east to west across the tropics causing areas of cloudiness and thunderstorms but no further than that unless it find favorable atmospheric conditions to develop. As the wave moves off westward, the showers gradually diminish. |

The disturbed area in the Atlantic has a medium chance to develop into a tropical cyclone over the next 48 hours but at this moment there is no threat to any land, we will closely monitor the progress of that disturbed area. |

The National Hurricane Center reports that there is a disturbed area in the Atlantic which was labeled as invest 92, it has a medium chance to develop into a tropical cyclone but at this moment there is no threat to any land, we will closely monitor the progress of that disturbed area. |
