Tropical storm Matthew is very close to the Nicaragua-Honduras border and if continues its west movement it must impact that area later today, it is expected that the cyclone continues through the Honduras coast and on Sunday morning impact the south Belize coast and inland Guatemala where gradually would lose strength and become a tropical depression that would cross the Yucatan Peninsula next Tuesday or Wednesday. All the forecast indicates that this tropical storm will not affect the Riviera Maya, Cancun, Cozumel and Isla Mujeres, however we have to keep watching the progress of Matthew. The Government of Quintana Roo issued the green alert for the state of Quintana Roo which means moderate danger.
